technological analysis to the product .According to product analysis, choice of mold shaping

material and shaping equipment, To confirm the design plan of a whole set of mould,

Applicate Pro/ENGINEER carry on Nokia 3100 mobile phone battery-cover 3D solid

modelling divide mold and design their injection mold. The content covers the course of mold

design, three board style mold the pour system to congeal the material automatically to leave

the organization design, emulation divide mould and Mold Flow analysis, realized CAD/CAE

process of the whole mould .
