CRM-----An Inevitable Choice of Enterprise

                               

 Abstract

This  paper  tries  to  describe  that  the  CRM  an  inevitable  choice  of  enterprise.  As  the 

process  economic  globalization  being  accelerated  and  the  instance  development  of 

information  technology  ,  the  application  of  CRM  will  be  a  key  problem  for  enterprise  ‘s 

development  .It  also  will  be  an  inevitable  choice  of  enterprise  .The  first  part  of  this  paper 

represents the meaning and the development status of the CRM ;The second part analyses the 

important  significance  of  the  CRM  ,coming  to  a  conclusion  that  the  CRM  is  an  inevitable 

choice of enterprise . the last part represents the future of the CRM .
