ABSTRACT
This paper discussed the management of human resources position in the theory of
motivation, affect the role and use of the principles expounded in human resources
management incentive theory the importance of the work, the paper focused on analyzing
the reasons for the failure to motivate enterprises, focusing on the human resources
effectiveness of the incentive approach to human resources management problem of how
to motivate personal views put forward and described how in human resource
