Hotel marketing strategy analysis during the international financial crisis

Abstract
The financial crisis triggered by the financial crisis was far greater than the magnitude of
this effect and duration of people's imagination in 2008. As a vulnerability of the industry, the
impact on the extent and timing of hotel industry can not be underestimated. Therefore, the
hotel industry how to accept the test of the financial crisis and fount their own path of
development from the financial crisis, had become major issues that need urgent solution by
the hotel industry managers. In this paper, by in-depth analysis of the financial crisis on the
impact of the hotel industry, their own internal marketing, green culture, marketing, wireless
network marketing, customer relationship marketing, services marketing and reduce costs of
marketing the details of the six hotel marketing strategy was put forward , under the
background of "China People's Palace" Hotel Which I have engaged in, from the tourism
market, geographic scope, star-rated hotels, national policy analysis and other aspects of the
problem facing the development of hotel industry. Through detailed analysis of these six
marketing strategy, restaurant managers who make the face of bad economic environment and
intense market competition, strived to innovate the quality and business model of hotel
service, determine their business direction early, and find a way out in the crisis that likes
winter.
