ABSTRACT
As the product progresses, the competition among enterprises tend to serve the competition,
many call centers also continue to provide a wide range of services, but many call centers are also
products of evolution as a cost center to profit by center transformation, many call centers are
constantly training staff to promote awareness of marketing, of which there are many call centers
outside the call set up a marketing center that telemarketing center. Phone sales require specific skills,
not only a solid professional knowledge, should have operational skills, flexible response and can be
applied to the lobbying process, which is to reach the core of successful telephone sales.
