With  the  continuous  development  of  the  world  economy,  the  global  trend  of  trade 

liberalization  presents,  which  makes  the  international  competitiveness  of  Chinese  agricultural 
products  is  not  very  high  by  international  trade,  unprecedented  challenges.  2009,  China's 
agricultural  production  has  experienced  many  of  the  test.  Whether  exchange  rate  fluctuations, 
natural  disasters  or  domestic  agricultural  exports  to  China  have  had  no  small  influence  in  the 
international trade of agricultural products is the national implementation of the most serious areas 
of trade protection. The existence of a variety of barriers to international trade, China's superior 
products flowers, vegetables, tea, rice, aquatic products and some animal products because of the 
appearance, packaging, quality, pesticide residues and other issues, the agricultural exports of this 
product has been seriously hampered. Flowers are a special kind of widely popular products, the 
"sunrise industry", is a set of economic, social and ecological benefits in one of the green industry. 
After  World  War  II,  the  world  entered  a  period  of  relative  stability,  along  with  the  post-war 
economic recovery and rapid development of the flower industry, the rapid rise in the world, both 
developed and developing countries, are on the flower industry a tremendous interest to become 
an  emerging  and  dynamic  industry.  Level  of  development  of  flower  industry  is  a  national 
economic  development  and  social  one  important  indicator  of  the  degree  of  civilization.  Flower 
products  have  become  commodities  in  international  trade,  consumption  has  steadily  increased. 
Based  on  the  analysis  and  draw  on  the  formation  and  development  of  flower  industry  in  the 
successful experience of the course, based on the development process of China's flower industry, 
features and analysis of the status quo, to take practical existing model, obtained the production 
and operation of Flower Industry Development Road .
