Abstract 

Under  the  conditions  of  market  economy,  enterprises  as  the  main 

body of market competition, face a variety of risks. How to strengthen risk 
management  has  become  a  very  important  element  of  modern  business 
management. Financial risk is the risk of financial results and the financial 
situation is an important part of enterprise risk. Enterprise in the pursuit of 
profit at the same time will inevitably bear the financial risk. The size of 
financial risks in enterprises directly affects the survival and development 
of  enterprises,  thereby  affecting  social  and  economic  development  and 
stability.  Therefore,  strengthening  the  enterprise's  financial  risk 
management  has  great  practical  significance.     This  article  on 
classification  and  genetic  analysis  of  financial  risk,  combined  with  the 
characteristics  of  enterprise  financial  risk,  financial  risk  measurement 
method  of  comparing,  on  a  comprehensive  measure  of  financial  risk 
analysis,  aimed  at  increasing  the  ability  of  enterprise  risk  and  risk 
precaution and improve enterprise risk return to avoid financial crises, and 
enhance market competitiveness.
