Abstract

The  empirical  analysis  is  selected  from  1996  to  2008 

China's  food  and  population  data,  using  statistical  analysis  to 

analyze  China  96~08  in  grain  production,  the  food  over  the 

years were calculated per capita, growth rates, and grouping. 96 

years  to  2008  China's  grain  output  was  increasing  the  basic 

trend,  particularly  in  2004  and  even  the  total  grain  output 

increased  by  6.65%,  reaching  the  maximum  gains.  Then  we 

calculate  the  average  grain  output  and  growth  rate  for  China's 

grain  output  degree  of  dispersion  analysis  and  trend  analysis. 

Analysis  come,  if  not  too  much  affected  by  economic  crisis, 

China's  total  grain  output  in  the  coming  years  will  show  a 

sustained and steady growth trend, per capita consumption will 

also continue to increase
