chain management and important part of and indispensable component 
In  the  modern  business  activities  ,suppliers  have  already  become  a 
strategic resource the supplier of the enterprise’s competitiveness In the 
market high and low levels ,who owns the high-quality providers ,who 
will  be  able  to  stand  on  a  high  level  of  competitive  platforms  .The 
strengthen the management team of suppliers ,can bring the following 
benefits  :To  promote  continuous  improvement  suppliers  get  better 
quality products ;reduce cost ;short procurement lead time   and so on. 
In  shortn  ,establish  and  gradually  improve  the  scientific  and  rational 
system  ,and  continuously  improve  supplier  quality  ,and  for  improving 
the  management  efficiency  of  enterprise  ,improve  the  comprehensive 
level of enterprise and competitiveness ,is of great significance.
