Abstract   

Equipment is not only the enterprise fixed assets important 

constituent, is also a enterprise technical equipment level of mark, 

is the enterprise rely on normal production and operation and 

participate in market competition material and technical basis. 

Equipment management in enterprise production and management 

goal as the basis, through a series of technical, economic and 

organizational measures, the equipment planning, design, 

manufacture, selection, purchase, installation, use, maintenance, 

repair, alteration, update to scrap the process of scientific 

management. Equipment management purpose is to obtain the best 

economic cost investment effect. This requires to enterprise's 

equipment fixed assets, and other assets valuation evaluation, to 

keep production continue, we want to carry on the reasonable spare 

parts inventory. Make equipment often in good technical condition, 

ensure the quality of products and the safe running of the 

equipment, and promote the sustainable development of 

production, in order to improve the enterprise economic benefit and 

social benefit service. This paper first introduces the development of 

equipment management mode at home and abroad, and based on 

this, mainly to the equipment management, equipment assets and 

spare parts management were discussed.
