Abstract ：

The  system  uses  PHP  dynamic  web  development  technology,  using  MySQL  as 

background database, using LAMP architecture Web server configuration, a combination of JavaScript 

and  HTML  two  script  language,  as  well  as  a  variety  of  webpage  development  tool,  based  on  B  /  S 

modeinformation release platform -- information publishing system.
