化工设备的防腐 

【摘要】随着经济的发展，对化工产品的需求不断增加，越来越多生产设备的运

行超出设计能力，因而目前对化工企业而言，防止工艺设备因受到腐蚀发生故

障而造成损失已成为迫在眉睫的问题。许多专家认为，材料保护和防腐措施是降

低维护费用和使工厂安全稳定运行的重要保证。

Abstract:

With  the  development  of  economy,  the  demand  of  chemical  products 

continuously  increased,  more  and  more  production  equipment  running  beyond  design 

ability,  thus  to  the  chemical  industry  at  present  for  the  enterprise,  prevent  process 

equipment  by  corrosion  occurrence  problem  and  loss  has  become  urgent  problems. 

Many  experts  think,  materials  protection  and  anti-corrosion  measures  is  to  reduce 

maintenance costs and make the factory of the safe and stable operation of the important 

guarantee.
