Abstract

Internationally, Maintenance Service (outsourcing) in 

communication network has become one of the service modes of 
communication network operation and maintenance. Domestically, 
Maintenance Service in the field of communication network 
operation and maintenance is a fast-developing industry, which has 
been adopted in communication network operators in varying 
degrees.
    Abundant Maintenance Service companies in communication 
network sprung up at the right moment. Many equipment 
manufacturers are gradually approaching to the market by taking
