农药制剂用稳定剂研究进展

摘要：

稳定剂作为一种农药助剂，在农药的剂型开发中起着非常关键的作用。本文将农药

制剂用稳定剂按两个大方向进行了分类 ，分别介绍了它们的实际应用和发展现状，并评价

了其不足之处和提出了今后研究的方向。

As a pestiside adjuvant, pesticide formulations with stabilizers play an significant

role in the developing of pesticide formulations. Pesticide formulations with stabilizers can be

classified by two main directions in this paper, Their practical application development status are

introduced respectively, Some deficiencies and the developing directions have been put forward at

the same time.

农药制剂用稳定剂（stablizer）指能防止或延缓农药制剂在储运过程中有效成分分解或物

理性能劣化的一类助剂。其主要功能是保持和增强产品性能稳定性，保证在有效期内各项性

能指标符合要求

在王开运主编的《农药制剂学》中得知，因自身组成和外界条件的影响，农药产品的性

能都有自发劣化趋势，主要表现在有效成分分解和性能指标下降。随着劣化进程，原有产品

降等级、部分失效及最后完全报废，这就是农药稳定性问题，而且涉及面很广

。按照目前

状况来看，各类农药制剂几乎都有稳定性问题。低浓度有机磷粉剂的稳定性问题最大，由一

般填料制成的不加稳定剂的粉剂分解率一般在 40%左右。由氨基甲酸醋类或拟除虫菊醋类杀

虫剂制成低浓度粉剂时，有效成分的分解问题也很严重。可湿性粉剂也有分解问题，因有效

成分含量高，稳定性问题不像粉剂那么严重等等
