摘要 

本设计以 PLC 为核心控制器的电梯自动控制系统,用来取代以往的较复杂

的继电器——接触器控制,以提高传统的电梯自动控制系统的可靠性和设备的工

作效率。系统的控制核心部分使用了日本三菱公司生产的 FX2N-64MR 型可编程

逻辑控制器(PLC),因为核心控制部分采用的是软件程序控制,从而大大的提

高了电梯故障检查与维修的方便性和容易性,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效

益。驱动核心部分使用日本三菱公司生产的 A700 系列变频器,系统采用恒压频

比(即 V/F=C)控制方式,在实现曳引电机的软启动的同时也实现了对电梯的三

段速控制,从而保证了电梯的舒适感和电梯运行的效率。

Abstract

 

Elevator design PLC as the core controller automatic control system, to replace the 

more complex relay - contactor control in order to improve the reliability of the 

automatic control system of the traditional elevator and equipment efficiency. The 

control core part of the production of Japan's Mitsubishi FX2N-64MR programmable 

logic controller (PLC), because the core control section uses a software program 

control, which greatly improves the elevator troubleshooting and maintenance 

convenience and easy, achieved good economic and social benefits. Driven core part 

of the production of Japan's Mitsubishi A700 series inverter, the system uses Constant 

(V / F = C) control mode, but also to achieve a three-speed elevator traction motor 

soft-start control, thus ensuring the comfort and the efficiency of elevator operation of 

the elevator.
