Abstract
Performance evaluation is
very
important
to
all
companies;it
Can
provide evidence
for the
encouragement
and make
analyses
for the future development.
However,the absolute financial evaluation has
many disadvantages
for
the
simple
reason
that
it
pays
more attention
to
the
past
performance
and
short—nan
target
resulting in ignore
the
future—oriented factors for competition.
Bank of China
Henan branch
has about 16
sub-branches.In
light of the amount of
deposits,loans
and
profits,Henan
branch
now ranks
1 3th
in BOC.However,compared
with
other
state—owned banks
in
the
same locality,Henan branch has
no
advantages
especially in market
share,creation,capital
and
credit standing.In the growing
severe
competitive
environment,how
to
battle
other
domestic and foreign
banks,and
grasp
the advantageous opportunity
to
be able
to
come
into
the market becomes
a
very
important
thing for all
BOC people.
Meanwhile
what limits the development of BOC
Henan
Branch is the
fact
that it
lacks
the
healthy and
strong
company
management
structure
and
system especially
the
performance
evaluation
system.Balanced
Scored Card is
very
an
intact
performance
evaluation.Through
the
evaluation and
management
of non—financial factors
it
strengthens the
future—oriented
competition.This paper is aimed
to
make
a
profotmd
analysis
based
on
the“balanced
score
card’’and
proposed some positive suggestions
which
is
hoped
to
be helpful
in
the
realization of
the
strategic
objective
of
Henan
branch
