Abstract

Article discusses from three levels to build the human resource management in 

the context of a harmonious society.

The first is to build the University Human Resources Management in the context 

of a harmonious society. Building a harmonious society universities and shoulder 

important   responsibilities   in   human   resources   training.   The   second   is   to   build   a 

harmonious society the context of enterprise human resource management, enterprise 

human   resources   management   to   convert   ideas   and   concepts   and   management 

principles.   Third,   build   a   harmonious   society   background   institutions   of   human 

resource management
