High performance, high concentration
ozone generation

Several years ago, WEDECO developed the compact

EFFIZON

HP ozone generator. This system has raised

the standard for efficient, high concentration ozone

generation. The user is now able to achieve maximum

possible ozone utilization while minimizing space

requirements, feed gas (oxygen) and total energy costs.

Sophisticated power supply and
control systems

Custom, high performance electronic power supply

units have been developed by WEDECO to optimize the

performance of EFFIZON

HP generators. For monitoring

and control of the ozone generation process, WEDECO’s

in-house expertise can provide custom configured PLC

(programmable logic control) systems to meet every

customer requirement. These can in turn be linked with

plant central control systems to provide the client with

desired „real-time“ ozone process data.

Ozone destruct and compression
sytems

Thermal and catalytic ozone destruct systems developed

by WEDECO convert residual ozone in process offgas

back to oxygen for re-use or safe discharge to atmos-

phere. These units possess the same highquality de-

sign and construction as WEDECO generators. Where

ozone/oxygen compression is required, WEDECO can

also provide the solution. We have many years of

experience in the design, engineering and application

of „cold“ ozone compression using liquid ring

compressors.
