肠溃疡发生率分别为 0%、23%和 0%;胃与十二指肠损伤和溃疡总发生率分别为 14%、90%
和 6%。急性疼痛研究中,观察 24~36 h,已报道的不良反应均为典型的手术后问题,如恶心、
呕吐、头昏和肠蠕动减慢,与帕瑞昔布治疗无关。特别是关节术后患者的发热和呕吐发生率,
帕瑞昔布 40 mg 组低于安慰剂组。本试验中术后两组的头痛头晕发生率的差异无统计学意
义,这与 Cheer 的研究结果相一致

　　综上所述,术中静脉注射帕瑞昔布 40 mg 可有效缓解腹腔镜手术的术后疼痛,减少术后
曲马多的用量,且无明显不良反应,
