【摘要】
通过对学校考工零件进行加工工艺的分析、数控程序的编制以及在机床上进行实体
的加工,使自己对零件的工艺及加工流程有进一步的了解,并且也使自己的动手能力
有了很大的提高。同时,为保证零件的加工精度和生产效率,也使自己对实际加工中所
使用的机床、夹具、切削用量及刀具的选择等有了更深入的认识,将自己所学的理论知
识和实践知识充分联系起来,使我对数控加工过程与数控加工工艺系统有了更加透彻
的理解与认识。

ABSTRACT
Test work through the school for processing parts of the analysis, the
preparation of CNC programs and entities on the processing machine to
own part of the process and processing procedures have a better
understanding, and also to their practical ability has been greatly
improved. To ensure the machining precision and efficiency, but also to
their actual processing used in machine tools, fixtures, cutting tool
selection and a deeper understanding of his theory of learned knowledge
and practical knowledge fully linked to the process of my NC and NC
processing systems have a more thorough understanding and knowledge.
