CNC Lathe Machining Quality Control Analysis

ABSTRACT ：

CNC lathe processing to ensure the quality, give full 

play   to   high-precision   numerical   control   cars,   high-speed   advantages,   we   must 

consider reasonable technical factors, correctly processing CNC lathe CNC lathe 

programming   and   control   of   operational   skills,   and   make   the   whole   process 

control , the only way to give full play to high-precision numerical control cars, 

high-speed advantages. With the development of science and technology, general 

machine tools are increasingly unable to meet the market demand for its labor-

intensive,   high-risk   and   mass   production   can   not   meet   the   needs   of   modern 

science, more and more companies will gradually shift CNC machine tools common 

,Because CNC machine tools can compensate for many of the shortcomings of 

general   machine   tools,   machining   can   be   realized   with   high   precision,   multi-

centralized processes, automatic alarm, automatic compensation and automatic 

monitoring functions.
