Mobile phone battery cover injection mold

 

 
 

Abstract： 

The design is mainly directed against the Jin mobile phone cover mold design 
process. Because the mobile phone cover has a side portion of the bore, so the 
design chooses a side parting and core pulling mechanism. The workpiece with 
the parting surface segmentation, divided into convex die, die, slanting slide3 
parts. Among them, concave die is fixed mold, punch, the slanting slide movable 
mold part. After the injection, die under the action of force, together with the 
movable die sleeve plate together with the downward movement of plastic parts, 
and the push bar in, from the convex die is rolled out to come. In addition to the 
side core-pulling mechanism and pushing mechanism, and pouring system, 
cooling system, an exhaust system and so on. 

Design of the main applications of UG4.0 to the mobile phone cover parts 
plastic mold design and mold design, at the same time with third party software, 
using AUTOCAD 2004to the final assembly drawing and parts drawing must be 
perfect.
