质量是建筑本身的真正生命，也是社会关注的热点。目前，随着建筑行业的不断发展

但是建筑工程存在的问题也越来越多，笔者在本文拟结合多年工作经验，对加强建筑工
程质量管理作了粗浅的探讨。首先分析了建筑工程质量存在问题，其次分析了其存在的问
题主要原因，在此提出了加强建筑工程质量管理的措施。

ABSTRACT

Quality is itself a real life, is also of concern. at present, the construction industry

to  develop,  but the  problems of the  building work  is  also,  the proposed union  in
this  years  work  experience  and  to  strengthen  the  building  quality  management
made a crude discussions. first, analysis of the building project quality problems,
and  then  analyze  the  problems  of  the  main  reason  is  made  to  strengthen  the
building project quality control measures.
