Abstract

Energy  for  economic  and  social  development  vital,  but  along  with  the 

growth  of  the  population  of  economic  development,  and  energy  shortage, 

environment  also  increasingly  serious  for  polluting  energy  consumption  and 

deteriorated.  China's  energy  situation  is  not  optimistic,  especially  coal  energy. 

This article through to the world's energy wellbeing and our coal energy supply 

and demand contradiction, this paper points out the development trend of world 

energy  and  China's  state-owned  coal  enterprises  workshop  coal  energy 

development,  and  the  main  problems  in  the  analysis  of  China's  state-owned 

enterprises coal energy development contradictions, this paper elaborates on the 

basis of China's state-owned enterprises through 1 human sourcemanagement 2 

enterprise  needs  innovative  three  optimize  energy  structure,  improve  the 

management mode 4 coal industry developing diversified business to deal with 

some  aspects  of  the  relationship  between  the  specific  countermeasures  of
