摘  要

21世纪世界发展迅速，各国科技和社会竞争已趋于白热化，随着我国城市化水平的不断提高，

科学技术的进步和社会的发展，各行各业的竞争都演变的越来越激烈，对于工程建设领域，也变的复
杂多样。人们日益关注和重视的问题是如何在规定的时间期限内，按照预定的计划，保证质量的完成
某项任务，来获得最大的经济效益。厂房建筑项目是用于生产的专业建筑项目，是为了满足社会生产
的需要，围绕最终建筑产品进行生产经营活动，制造出适用、安全、经济、环保的各类厂房建筑。到了今
日，厂房建筑业在自己的产品生产上和经营管理上形成了一定的特点。

本文系统地介绍了项目、项目管理和项目质量管理基本概念和管理方法，并分析研究了项目质量

管理中所涉及到的项目质量策划、项目质量控制和项目质量改进等问题。最后通过实际案例对鑫胜有限
责任公司厂房建筑工程项目的质量管理进行了系统分析。

Abstract

The 21st century the rapid development of national science and technology, and social competition is already heating up, with the urbanization level of China's continuous 

improvement, scientific and technological progress and social development, the evolution of all walks of life are increasingly fierce competition for the project building in this 
area, but also become complex and diverse. There is a growing concern and importance to the question is how, within a specified time period, according to a predetermined plan 
to ensure the quality of the completion of a task, to get the maximum economic benefit. Plant construction project is used in the production of professional construction project is 
to  meet  the  needs  of  social  production,  centering  on  the  final  construction  products,  production  and  business  activities,  creating  an  application,  security,  economic,  and 
environmental  protection,  various  types  of  plant  construction.  Even  today,  plant  construction  industry  in  its  own  production  and  business  management  on  the  formation  of  a 
certain character. 

This  paper  systematically  describes  the  project,  project  management  and  project  quality  management  basic  concepts  and  management  methods,  and  analysis  of  project 

quality  management  involved  in  the  project  quality  planning,  project  quality  control  and  quality  improvement  projects  and  other  issues.  Finally  through  practical  examples, 
Loncin plant construction project quality control were analyzed.
