我国加工贸易中存在的问题及对策研究

改革开放以来，加工贸易对我国经济增长起到很大的推动作用。然而加工贸易的快速发展也给

我国经济带来了一些负面影响，比如技术依赖、贸易的贫困化增长、走私、引发贸易摩擦等鉴于此，

我国政府制订了一系列促进加工贸易转型升级的政策。在新的政策背景下，我国将如何利用政策手

段促进加工贸易的转型升级已成为国内外的关注焦点。本文从我国加工贸易的发展特点、现状着手，

首先分析了中国加工贸易发展中存在的问题、加工贸易发展的特点、加工贸易对中国经济发展的积极

作用，研究国际国内环境变化给加工贸易带来的机遇和挑战，之后提出了解决这些问题的政策建议。

Since reform and opening, processing and trade of China's economic growth has played a significant 

role.  However,  the  rapid  development  of  processing  trade,  China's  economy  to  a  Some  negative  effects, 

such  as  technological  dependence,  poverty  increased  trade,  smuggling,  lead  to  trade  friction,  in  view  of 

this, our government has formulated a series to promote the upgrading of processing trade policy. Under 

the new policy context, how China will use policy instruments to promote transformation and upgrading of 

processing trade has become the focus of attention at home and abroad. In this paper, the characteristics of 

China's processing trade development, current situation to start with the first analysis of China's processing 

trade  problems,  the  characteristics  of  processing  trade,  processing  trade  in  China's  positive  role  in 

economic development, environmental change research to the international and domestic processing trade 

opportunities and challenges, made after the policy recommendations to address these issues.
