Abstract: Som e crude o il p ipeline operate under low
- throughput in our coun try, and low - throughp ut af

fects these p ipeline running safety. In acco rdance to
the character of crude oil p ipeline, we analyzed the
unstability of low - throughpu t p ipeline. Thereby, the
safety m easure was m ade up. Then the degree of p ipe

line running safety can strengthen and the accident
w ill be avo ided.
