     With  the  development  of  our  national  economy,  energy  efficiency,  reduce  the 

pollution of the environment, reduce the production safety accident frequency, prevent 
emergency  environmental  accidents,  make  sure  the  life  safety  of  the  growing 
importance of prominent. Set up and implement environmental policies and measures 
to  protect  the  environment,  in  improving  the  quality  of  people's  life  in  China,  has 
become  the  focus  of  people's  livelihood  engineering.  The  development  of  China's 
industry  value  chain,  in  the  entire  national  economy  national  economy  have 
prominent position, but that environmental pollution in the field of chemical industry, 
chemical industry, especially small and medium enterprises, the existing problems of 
the  negligent  and  is  not  to  be  despised;  Improve  chemical  safety  production  and 
chemical  safety  management  system,  strengthen  the  enterprise  precautionary  safety

China's sustainable development. Ascension of the local government and enterprises 
of  environmental  protection  consciousness  and  ability,  is  China's  sustainable 
development strategy important part in every region, regional economic development, 
has  noticed  egotistical  and  the  cost  of  the  environment  brought  about  by  the  final 
consequences, the state environmental protection administration, state administration

production  of  hazardous  chemical  materials  safety  management  demonstration
