Measurement System of Lathe Stiffness
Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:Based on tremendous advantages of virtual instrument technology in the establish-
ment of measurement system, a method using virtual instrument technology for automatic stiff-
ness of lathe online measurement system is discussed. The hardware makeup based on stiffness of
lathe measurement system of VI,the principles of stiffness of lathe measurement system and the
material ways of realization using LabVIEW are described. By using this measurement system,
the stiffness of lathe system curve can be plotted and the value of the stiffness of lathe system and
the parties of the lathe such as tailstock, cutter saddle, and headstock can be gained. It shows the
state of stiffness of lathe clearly.

Abstract:In the paper, according to the characteristic of bath-washing wastewater such as
small COD and many negative ion washing agent, the different handle process and effect were
studied by movement tests adopting physics-chemistry way. Seek the suit treatment process and
the effluent could be used in washroom flushing and virescenee and boilering supply water.
