ABSTRCT

according to the present situation of building energy-saving 

design at home and abroad present situation of the application 

of energy analysis software, in view of the current traditional 

energy-saving design method can not meet the need of the 

actual problems, this paper puts forward will BIM (building 

information modeling) technology and combining building energy 

consumption analysis, energy-saving building design this new 

design method. Using the technology to create a virtual leaving 

building model contains all the information, will architectural 

building model into the virtual building energy consumption
