Abstract
With the external and internal conditions change of the economic development, human resource management
seems to be more important gradually. In the human resource management, staff recruitment is not only the basic
work of the management of human resource, but also the foremost work. Recruitment is directly related to the
formation of enterprise human resources. As two important channels of the staff recruitment, the enterprise internal
recruitment and external recruitment has a major impact on enterprise culture, enterprise technology and enterprise
management. Whether reasonably using these two methods of recruitment becomes the focus of HR, thus the study
has important practical significance for the development of the enterprise. This paper deals with the internal
recruitment and external recruitment’s value and problems which need to be considered, and discusses their
respective advantages and disadvantages. Finally it puts forward with reasonable application with internal and
external recruitments.
