人事测评的主要工作是通过各种方法对被试者加以了解,从而为企业组织的人力资源管

理决策提供参考和依据。经过长期的发展和适应不同情况的需要,形成了多种人事测评方法,
下面就当前常用的几种测评方法作一介绍。

 

一、 履历分析

个人履历档案分析是根据履历或档案中记载的事实,了解一个人的成长历程和工作业绩,

从而对其人格背景有一定的了解。近年来这一方式越来越受到人力资源管理部门的重视,被广
泛地用于人员选拔等人力资源管理活动中。使用个人履历资料,既可以用于初审个人简历,迅
速排除明显不合格的人员,也可以根据与工作要求相关性的高低,事先确定履历中各项内容
的权重,把申请人各项得分相加得总分,根据总分确定选择决策。
 

研究结果表明,履历分析对申请人今后的工作表现有一定的预测效果,个体的过去总是

能从某种程度上表明他的未来。这种方法用于人员测评的优点是较为客观,而且低成本,但也
存在几方面的问题,比如:履历填写的真实性问题;履历分析的预测效度随着时间的推进会
越来越低;履历项目分数的设计是纯实证性的,除了统计数字外,缺乏合乎逻辑的解释原理。

 

二、 纸笔考试

纸笔考试主要用于测量人的基本知识、专业知识、管理知识、相关知识以及综合分析能力、

文字表达能力等素质及能力要素。它是一种最古老、而又最基本的人员测评方法,至今仍是企
