如何提高水利工程设计质量及造价控制的措施

 

摘 要：水利工程设计阶段要确定工程规模、任务、方案布置，

解决工程主要技术问题，同时也是实现工程的优化设计，是控制

投资的关健阶段。本文首先分析当前水利工程设计中的一些问题，

并就其措施进行了阐述。

社会的经济与社会发展有着无可替代的作用，在防洪、灌溉、发电、

供水、航运、养殖和旅游等诸多方面对于保障社会安全、促进经济

不能片面强调节约投资，要正确处理技术与经济的对立统一是控
