机械加工中数控机床的应用与发展方向

  

摘 要

简要介绍了当今世界数控机床发展的趋势及我国数控装备技术发展和产

业化的现状。阐述了发展我国数控技术及装备、提高我国制造业信息化水平和
国际竞争能力的重要性，并从战略和策略两个层面提出了发展我国数控装备
的几点看法。

装备工业的技术水平和现代化程度决定着整个国民经济的水平和现代化程

度，数控机床是发展新兴高新技术产业和尖端工业制造技术和装备就是人类
生产活动的最基本的生产资料，而数控机床又是当今先进制造技术和装备不
可缺少的设备。当今世界各国制造业广泛采用数控机床，以提高制造能力和水
平，提高对动态多变市场的适应能力和竞争能力。

论文主要阐明了：数控机床是典型的机电一体化产品，它综合了电子计

算机、自动控制、自动检测、液压与气动以及精密机械等方面的技术。数控机床
的高精度、高效率决定了发展数控机床是当前中国制造业技术改造的必由之路，
是未来工厂自动化的基础。

and   our   country   numerical   control   equipment   technological   development   and 
industrial   production   present   situation.Elaborated   develops   our   country   numerical 
control   technology   and   the   equipment,   raises   our   country   manufacturing   industry 
informationization   level   and   the   international   competition   ability   importance,   and 
proposed from the strategy and the strategy two stratification planes develops our 
country numerical control equipment several views.

The equipment industry technical level and the modernized degree were deciding 

the entire national economy level and the modernized degree, the numerical control 
machine is the development emerging high technology and new technology industry
