小功率电机行业状况与发展趋势

一、我国小功率电机行业发展状况

１、制造企业的结构、性质与数量

我国小功率电机行业已初步形成了比较完整的产业体系。

小功率电机生产及配套厂商约在 ２０００ 家以上；主机厂商近

１０００ 家，规模企业在 ２００ 家以上。民营企业约占 ８０％ 左右；

外资或合资合作企业约占 １０％ 左右，国

有、集体或股份制企业在 １０％ 左右；行

业从业人员近 ３０ 万人。

我国已形成了国有企业、民营企业、

外资或合资企业等多种经营成分并存的

局面；国际知名厂商也纷纷在中国设厂

或投资合作生产（德昌、爱默生等）

。

２、制造企业的分布情况

制造企业主要集中在山东、江苏、上

海、浙江、福建和广东等沿海地区省、市，

并已初步形成了地区产业集群效应。

３、产量、产值

２００５年电机生产企业克服了原材料

价格大幅上涨但电机价格上调困难，技

术贸易壁垒，出口退税率下调和人民币

升值等不利因素的影响，依然保持快速

增长势头。

２００５ 年产量已达 ３０ 亿台以上，工业总产值近 ３００ 亿元，

年增速约 ２０％ 左右；

（在 ２００５ 年的 ４０ 家行业企业统计中，工

业总产值达 ９２．５亿元，产品销售收入达９０．２ 亿元，销售收入

与利润同步增长的占统计数的５５％，亏损的企业占７．５％）

Chinese small power motor industry has basically formed the relatively complete industrial system. China boasts more

than 2,000 small power motor manufacturers and supporting accessory manufacturers. There are nearly 1,000 manufacturers of

the host machines. And the scaled enterprises amount to more than 200. The private enterprises account for approximately 80%;

the foreign funded or the joint venture enterprises account for approximately 10% or so; the state-owned, collectively-owned

and joint-stock enterprises account for 10% or so. The work force of the industry amounts to nearly 300,000. China has formed

the pattern of coexistence of the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign funded enterprises or the joint ventures.
