建筑工程项目管理成本控制

 

摘要

随着建筑行业竞争日趋激烈、建筑市场推行无标底招投标，企业能否在市

场竞争中立于不败之地，关键在于企业能否为业主提供质量高、工期短、造价

低的建筑产品；而企业能否获得较大的经济效益，关键在于有无低廉的成本。

因此，建筑施工企业在项目施工中要以尽量少的人、机、材消耗创造较大的价

值。通过施工过程中的成本控制与管理，及竣工决算达到以收抵支，并有所盈

 

利，这正是施工企业所追求的目标。

                        Abstract
 
Along with the increasingly fierce competition in construction industry 
to implement without base price bidding, the construction market, 
companies can in market competition, the key is whether companies 
will be for the owners to provide high quality, short construction 
period and low cost of construction products; Companies access to 
greater economic efficiency, the key lies in the presence of low cost. 
Therefore, the construction enterprises with less as far as possible in 
the project construction, machine, material consumption, to create 
greater value. Through the construction process of cost control and 
management, and the date of completion final accounts to arrive, and 
profit, it is construction enterprise goal.
