探讨住宅小区建筑\规划设计

    摘要：随着社会经济的发展，人们对居住环境的要求越来越高，更加重视住宅小区的

建筑、规划设计是否更能符合自己的居住需求。人们对这个问题也进行了很多探讨，作为

其中一员，本文作者也进行了积极的思考，从生态型住宅小区的特点与功能出发提出了

现行的住宅小区建筑、规划设计要符合生态型这一观点，倡导给人们提供更加适宜的居住

 

环境。

　　Abstract: with the development of society and economy, people's living environment demand 

more and more, pay more attention to the residential building, planning and design is more in line 

with their own living demand. People on this issue were also discussed a lot, as one, the author 

also had a positive thinking, from ecological residential area of the characteristics and function, 

this paper raises the current residential building, planning and design should comply with the 

ecological this view, advocating provide people with more appropriate living environment.

　　 近些年，更多的人开始探讨住宅小区在建筑、规划设计上如何更好地适应人们的居

住需求，这种探讨也越来越引起人们的关注。由于生态型住宅小区更好地解决了人们现行
