谈可编程控制器在数控机床中的应用
摘
要
数控机床是指可以通过计算机编程,进行自动控制的机床。
将程式指令输入数控系统之内存后,经由电脑编译计算,透过位移控制系统,将资讯传至驱动
器以驱动马达之过程,来切削加工所设计之零件。
电脑与数控机床之间利用并列讯号线接续,再利用数控机床的软件来控制加工。数控机床
软件则用来产生
G-Code(机能指令), 将路径码送至数控机床控制器,,然后数控机床控制器送
出命令来驱动主轴马达及滑台马达开始加工。所谓机能指令是由位址码及两个数字所组成,具有
某种意义的动作或功能,可分为七大类,即
G 机能(准备机能),M 机能(辅助机能),T 机
能(刀具机能),
S 机能(主轴转速机能),F 机能(进给率机能),N 机能(单节编号机
能)
