单片机在数控机床系统中的应用
摘要
:本文利用
8051 单片机的 I/O 口,信号控制五相步进电动机,利用内
部程序对单片机输出信号进行脉冲分配,从而驱动步进电动机转动,实现对数
控车床进给系统的方向、速度和位置的控制。采用当今广泛应用工业控制自动化
的变频技术实现对数控车床主轴的无级调速,五相步进电动机作为该系统的执
行元件。由于
,步进电动机的角位移量和指令脉冲的个数成正比,旋转方向与通电
相序有关
,因此,只要控制指令脉冲的数量、频率及电动机绕阻通电的相序,便可控
制机床进给系统的运动的位移量、速度和移动方向。实现对数控车床主轴和进给
系统的自动控制,可以有效的节约电能、提高设备自动化、产品产量和质量。提高

Abstract:In this paper, the use of 8051 single-chip I/O, signal
control five phase stepper motor, using internal procedures on SCM
output signal pulse distribution, thereby driving of stepping motor,
realizes to the feed system of numerical control lathe direction,
speed and position control. Using today's widely used in industrial
automatic control frequency conversion technology on CNC lathe
spindle stepless speed regulation, five phase stepper motor as the
implementation of this system components. As a result of, stepper
motor angular displacement and command pulse is proportional to
the number, direction of rotation and electric sequence, therefore,
as long as the control command pulse number, frequency and motor
winding is energized in sequence, can control the movement of
machine tool feed system of displacement, velocity and direction of
movement. Realization of NC lathe spindle and feed system of
automatic control, can effectively save electric energy, improve the
automation of the equipment, product yield and quality. Improve the
considerable economic benefits, SCM has been widely used in
modern industrial control automation system, SCM technology is the
master in industrial control important skills.
