Abstract

     Data base is a key part to Delphi, Delphi 6.0 continue to develop the 
powerful  superiority  in  this  aspect.This  thesis  introduce  the  Wages  of 
Management  System  ,  it  usage  Delphi  6.0  development  tool,tell  us  the 
development  background  of  the  topic,the  function  and  the  developing 
procedure of the system.It explain to the emphasis , the idea , the difficult 
technique and the settling plan of the system.
