统故障分析

本论文主要阐述了飞机的故障及其排除方法
,在近期对部分现役飞机的故障
统计中,发现液压系统故障占飞机机械故障
40%左右。
其中
78%的故障是由液压系统污染引起的。通过对故障的分析可知,污染
所引起的故障主要是机件内部磨损、窜油、卡滞等形式,造成了飞机部件工作不
稳定、性能恶化,甚至完全失效造成严重后果。
