浅析出口加工区进出口货物报关流程

WTO 后，对外经济贸易在融入全球化的进程中，面临前所未

有的机遇和挑战。随着各类进出口企业的迅速增长，新的贸易方式及新的通关形
式不断出现，报关作为向社会提供专门化服务的职业已引起了社会的关注。南京
出口加工区（南区）是经国务院批准设立，由海关监管的特殊区域，海关实行
“一次申报、一次审单、一次查验”，24 小时通关服务的新通关模式。在此背景下，
 以南京万通物流有限公司为例，介绍其报关流程，及报关流程下出现的问题。
