我国运输服务贸易现状及对策分析

：

国际服务贸易是当今国际贸易中发展最为迅速的领域,近 30 年来,西

方发达国家服务贸易额的增长远远超过了货物贸易额的增长速度。在服务贸易
中,运输服务贸易是一个传统的重要部门。近些年来,我国运输服务贸易增长迅速,
同时,我国运输服务贸易逆差也越来越大,成为我国服务贸易最大的逆差来源。所
以有必要对我国运输服务贸易进行分析,改善甚至扭转逆差形势。同时,随着全球
化的进一步提升,各国间经济联系的不断加强,运输服务贸易的地位也日益凸显,
所以对运输服务贸易国际竞争力的研究是十分必要的。本文对我国运输服务贸
易现状进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出了我国发展和提高运输服务贸易国际竞争
力的对策。

Abstract ： I

nternational trade in services is the fastest growing 

areas in international trade. Over the past 30 years, the growth rate 
of   services   trade   was   bigger   than   that   of   the   trade   in   goods   in 
western   developed   countries.   Transport   services   trade   is   the 
traditional department in services trade. Judging from our country, 
the  transport services  trade  was growing quickly in recent years. 
And   at   the   same   time,   the   deficit   between   export   and   import 
become   more   and   more   bigger,   and   it   has   become   the   biggest 
source of the deficit of services trade. In order to improve and even 
reverse   the   deficit   situation,   it   is   need   to   analysis   the   deficit 
situation of the transport services trade.  

This paper analyzed the 

current   situation   of   transport   service   trade   in   China,   and   on   this 
basis,

  this paper made an empirical analysis about the influencing 

factor

（一）、运输服务贸易的相关概念

运输服务贸易是指以运输服务为交易对象的贸易活动，即贸易的一方为另一方提供运

输服务，以实现货物或人在空间上的位移。按运输的对象，分为货物运输服务贸易和旅客
运输服务贸易；按贸易主体的性质，分为国际运输服务贸易和国内运输服务贸易。
