中韩用餐礼节对比

韩国素有＂礼仪之邦＂的美称，这充分体现在日常生活礼节中。饮食礼仪又是我们

日常生活中应该遵守的一项最基本的礼节。《礼记》中曾记载：＂夫礼之初，始诸饮食
＂。中国人民历来好客，在招待客人尤其是异域客人时，要尊重他们的礼仪、风俗。只
有这样，才能更好地沟通、交流。因此，我就中韩两国间用餐礼节的各自特点及异同点
进行了研究和比较。

Summary

South Korea is known as a state with much ceremon. This fully reflects the etiquette 
in their daily life.
Eating etiquette is a most basic courtesy we should comply with in our daily life.
“Etiquette begins with eating”, recorded in Li Ji (Book of Rites) in China.
Chinese  people  are  always  hospitable.  They  show  their  faithful  respect  to  those 
manners and customs of their guests, especially those from somewhere else. Only 
through this, better communication can be created.
So,  I  have  done  some  research  on  the  characteristics  of  eating  etiquette  between 
South  Korea  and  China.  Meanwhile  I’ve  also  made  some  comparison  of  the 
differences between them.
