摘要
未来的竞争是供应链的竞争。日趋激烈的竞争,日益受到关注的质量、总成本、长期合
同、供应商基地的合理化及库存的减少、逐渐增加的外包,就是组织和企业目前所面临的
现实世界。传统意义上单纯的购买者和供应者之间的对抗性关系已经消亡,取而代之的是
正向战略合作伙伴关系方向转换。这伙伴公司的基础是:相互间的信任和尊重,价值分析
的使用,单一供应商来源的更多使用及更少的人做更多的工作。本文从巴奥米特公司的实
际出发阐述了通过优化供应商管理机制,从而提高了供应商的整体素质,有效的降级了
企业运营成本,达到企业利润的最大化。使自己始终位于全球骨科医疗器械三甲的位置。
