浅谈层次分析法的优缺点

                                    

【摘要】

层次分析法是将决策总是有关的元素分解成目标、准则、方案等层次，在此基础之

上进行定性和定量分析的决策方法。运用层次分析法有很多优点，其中最重要的一点就是

简单明了。同时它也有很多的缺点，例如，不能为决策提供新方案、定量数据较少，定性

成分多，不易令人信服、指标过多时数据统计量大，且权重难以确定等。

[Abstract]

Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is the decision of the elements down into the 

always target, standards, scheme level, based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis for the 

decision-making method. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) has a lot of advantages, one of the 

most important is simple and clear. At the same time it also has many shortcomings, for example, 

can't  provide  a  new  scheme  for  decision-making,  quantitative  data  less,  qualitative  composition
