摘要：含油污水由各装置排出的含油污水、厂区生活污水、循环水场旁滤罐

反洗水、煤制氢装置低温甲醇洗污水及自备电站所排的低浓度生产、生活污水组

成。此污水含油量较高，COD 及其他污染物浓度不高，水中阴、阳离子的组成

与新鲜水相似，本工程采用除油及生化工艺处理后，出水可以达到污水回用指标

要求。

Abstract

: The oily wastewater discharge of by each device of oily water, sewage in the

plant, the cycle by the sidedtream-filtration can washing water, coal hydrogen plant

low-temperature methanol wash sewage and self-power station tier of low concentration of

production, sewage etc. The sewage oil content is higher, COD and other pollutants

concentration is not high, the water of anion and cation composition and fresh water similar, in

this project and biochemical process in oil, water can achieve sewage reuse index

requirements.

煤制油含油废水包括来自煤液化厂内的各装置塔、容器等放空、冲洗排水，

机泵填料函排水，围堰内收集的雨水、循环水场旁滤罐反洗水、煤制氢装置低温

甲醇洗污水及厂区生活污水，还包括自备电站所排的低浓度生产及生活污水。污
