摘要：选煤厂在生产过程中，机电设备状态的检修是确保选煤工作正常进行、确保选煤质量
的根本保障。本文首先探讨选煤厂机电设备的计划检修及其存在的问题，随后探讨选煤厂机
电设备的状态检修的重要性以及遵循的基本原则，最后提出了选煤厂机电设备状态检修时
的几点建议。旨在与同行交流，提升选煤厂的机电设备管理能力，确保选煤厂的工作正常顺
利进行，实现选煤厂的经济效益的最大化。

Abstract: Coal preparation plant in the production process, electrical and mechanical

equipment state maintenance is to ensure that the preparation work, to ensure that the coal quality
guarantee.  This  paper  first  discusses  the  coal  preparation  plant  of  electrical  and  mechanical
equipment  maintenance  and  its  problems,  then  discusses  the  condition  based  maintenance  of
equipment in coal preparation plant as well as the importance of the basic principles, finally put
forward  the  coal  preparation  plant  of  electrical  and  mechanical  equipment  state  maintenance
proposals.  To  communicate  with  their  peers,  enhance  coal  preparation  plant  electrical  and
mechanical  equipment  management,  ensure  the  normal  coal  preparation  plant  work  smoothly,
realize coal preparation plant to maximize economic efficiency.

0 引言

　　随着时代的发展，各种选煤机电设备的技术含量越来越高，选煤工艺不断地精简。但机
电设备的安全性能在生产过程中的影响日益增大，为确保机电设备运行状态良好，进行安
全生产，加大机电设备状态的检修工作具有重要的意义。基于此，做出以下几点探讨。

1 选煤厂机电设备的计划检修及其存在的问题探讨

　　选煤厂为确保机电设备运行正常，满足工艺水平要求，确保生产持续开展，务必加大
对机电设备的检修力度。但当前很多选煤厂在机电设备检修时通常是小修、中修、大修等计划
性的检修以及事故时的临时性的紧急抢修。但这种检修方式主要是依靠机电设备厂家提供的
相关技术数据以及选煤厂检修人员自身经验来进行，而各选煤厂的实际情况不尽相同，厂
家所提供的技术数据并不能适用于所有的选煤厂，自身经验所得出的数据又不可能完全满
足生产的需要，因而选煤厂机电设备的计划检修存在的问题凸显在我们面前，主要有以下
几个方面：

　　一是在计划检修量方面，出现维修工作量过多或过少，维修工作量过多不仅浪费时间
还增加了停产时间，降低了企业的生产效益，维修工作量过少不仅埋下安全隐患，工艺水
平不达标，如果出现故障还会扩大事故，还极大地影响了上下工序的衔接；二是对机电设
备进行计划检修时难以掌握设备实际状况，特别是机电设备存在的缺陷难以发现，对检修
过程中遇到的特殊情况因准备不足而不得不中断检修，导致检修时间增加，检修质量下降
甚至出现不修还好、越修越坏的尴尬局面。
