In this paper, I use the literature review to analyze the incentives
of professional managers, found that Professional managers
incentive mechanism in Chinese enterprises was relatively backward,
the main incentive pay, and pay and performance correlation degree.
Based on the understanding of the professional managers inspire the
status quo, status quo existing issues such as pay incentives, lack of
authorization, promotion space is limited, and insufficient incentives
at knowledge training In this paper, the related incentive theory and
the professional managers in developed countries incentives the
following recommendations: establish a scientific and effective
system of performance evaluation, compensation management to
strengthen professional managers, the rational design of professional
managers promotion channels to meet the professional managers on
their own growth needs.
