环境和制度出发,具体分析 A 企业生产现场存在的各种问题,并运用

生产现场管理改善相关理论和方法,提出问题解决的策略。本文的结

构主要分为五部分：第一部分主要介绍选题的背景和意义、生产现

场管理改善理论研究及运用现状、论文的主要内容和结构；第二部

分是阐述生产现场管理改善基本理论；第三部分是从人员、设备、

物料、方法、环境和制度等生产现场构成要素出发,对 A 企业的生产

管理现状和存在问题进行介绍和分析；第四部分应用现场管理改

善理论提出问题解决策略；第五部分为保证 A 企业现场管理优化

的策略得到贯彻和成功执行,指出 A 企业推行标准化管理、加强企业

组织建设和企业文化建设的必要性；最后本文对 A 企业实施现场

管理改善策略可带来的效益进行总结。

【英文摘要】The production site is direct site of creating 

business benefits and site of achieving organic conversion 

of site elements. It is the core of manufacturing and the 

place where improvement take place, production site 

management refers to effectively planning, organizing, 

coordinating, controlling and detecting production factors 

which include personnel, equipment, materials, methods, 

environment and information, with scientific management 

system, standards and methods, so that the combination
